- Where Are Māk•a•boo Products Made?

Māk•a•boo purchases the highest quality baby gifts we can find, from all over the world. We embroider them on-site at our St. Louis, MO facility and ship them across the country. You can learn more about where each of our brands' goods are manufactured in the section on Our Brands.
- Where Does Māk•a•boo Get Its Icons?

Māk•a•boo hires designers to create each adorable icon in our exclusive collection. These designs are one-of-a-kind — you won't find them anywhere else! We add new icons every few months, so there's always something fun and new to make each gift as special as the person its being given to.
- What If I Made A Spelling Error On My Gift?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you've made a spelling error of any kind. If your order has already been completed, we will work with you to correct the error. We want you to be happy with every Māk•a•boo!
- How Many Font Choices Do I Have?

Depending on the fabric type of your gift, you'll have anywhere from two to ten font choices. On thicker fabrics like chenille, we limit the choices to thicker fonts that will stand out on the fabric, while on very fine fabrics like pima cotton we limit choices to delicate fonts that don't run the risk of tearing the clothing.
- Does Māk•a•boo Do Monograms?

Māk•a•boo hopes to add monograms to its embroidery options very soon! For now, we recommend selecting the "One Text Line" option when you choose a layout for your gift, then entering one, two or three letters to create your own monogram.
- How do I redeem my Groupon?

Groupons are good for up to one year from the date of purchase. They are for one-time use only, cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion codes, and do not apply to shipping and handling fees or taxes. To redeem your Groupon, simply enter your nine-digit redemption code in the Promo Code field in the Payment Section of the cart. You will see the discount applied immediately.

- What Credit Cards Does Māk•a•boo Accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Where Does Māk•a•boo Ship?
- Māk•a•boo currently ships to the 50 United States. We hope to add shipping to Canada and other destinations very soon.
- How Long Does It Take To Receive An Order?
- Māk•a•boo typically takes five to seven business days to complete an order. We then ship USPS Priority Mail from St. Louis, MO to all 50 states, which takes a maximum of four days to reach its intended destination. If we are experiencing extremely high volume we will post notices on the site and in your shopping cart so that you're aware of any delays before you make your purchase. You can always contact us about an order if you'd like more information on when it will be completed or shipped.
- What Are My Shipping Options and Costs?
- Māk•a•boo currently ships using USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states. We plan to expand our shipping options in the near future. Māk•a•boo charges a simple flat fee for shipping to one location based on the order total before taxes.

- Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax
- Māk•a•boo must charge Missouri sales tax to all orders being shipped to a destination in the state of Missouri, where we operate. If your order is being shipped to another state, you will not be charged sales tax.

- I Live In St. Louis — What Are Māk•a•boo's Storefont Hours?
- Māk•a•boo's storefront is located at 609 N. 13th Street, St. Louis MO 63103. We are open Monday – Friday, 11am to 7pm, and some Saturdays. We encourage you to contact us if you'd like to schedule a visit to our store and production facility.
- I Live In St. Louis — Can I Pick Up My Order?
- Yes! Just select the “Pick up at Māk•a•boo’s St. Louis location” option when you are choosing your shipping method.
